According to him, mining is also expected to boost thelivelihoods of mineral-rich communities and eliminate child laborin mining.

Speaking to Xinhua on Friday during a two-day National MultiStakeholder Workshop on the African Mining Vision, Karikariexplained that job creation, especially in mining communities ECCO Jeremy Hybrid Tie Black Moonless UK ,would be the key economic benefits Ghana could derive from theimplementation of the project.

The project, which is expected to cost 200 million U.S. dollars,will see the Ghanaian government funding 20 percent whiledevelopment partners provide 50 percent of the total, with the restcoming from Public Private Partnership (PPP) sources.

"A strong capacity building is another key content in the reformprogram with the Minerals Commission, Environmental ProtectionAgency (EPA), Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC) ECCO Jeremy Hybrid Tie Espresso UK , and WaterResources Commission as part of the implementing agencies,"Karikari said.

The five-year project to be launched by President NanaAkufo-Addo next month has five components, namely review andenforcement of legal and regulatory regime, reclaiming degradedlands, dredging silted water bodies, and free lands foragribusiness.

It also has a social intervention component that will facilitatelivelihoods creation in mining communities.

"The social interventions component seeks to eliminate the worstforms of child labor ECCO Ian Tie Coffee UK , eliminate prostitution and teenage pregnancyin mining communities, eliminate conflicts in land use, eliminatemine-related accidents and pre-mature deaths in mining," thecoordinator said.

Norht Korean leader Kim Jong Un has ordered more solid-fuel rocket engines, state media reported yesterday, as he pursues nuclear and missile programs. The move comes amid a standoff with Washington ECCO Illinois Wing Tip Tie Black UK , but there are signs of tension easing.

The report carried by the KCNA news agency lacked the traditionally robust threats against the United States after weeks of unbridled acrimony, and US President Donald Trump expressed optimism about a possible improvement in relations.

“I respect the fact that he is starting to respect us,” Trump said of Kim at a raucous campaign rally in Phoenix, Arizona.

“And maybe — probably not, but maybe — something positive can come about,” he said.
