banned Blues

banned Clayton Kershaw Jersey , banned, banned. What can I tell you about banned? A lot! I used to sell banned about 20 years ago. I must say that selling the products themselves was fine. But the compensation, left a lot to be desired.

My husband and I made the decision to sell banned as a team. We were bought in by a fellow church member. Which is how a lot of banned members are recruited. Nothing wrong there. My husband and I did also. With any MLM system you use your sphere of influence to expose people to what might be a lucrative vehicle for making an extra income. So far so good.

We both became good at recruiting people and showing the plan. Spending evenings and weekends meeting with people and coaching them in doing what we were doing. Trying to convince people to make the extra money that they know they need is not an easy thing. And convincing folks to buy products that might cost a little more in the beginning, but in the long run are cost effective is not an easy task. I was raising a family at the time and my husband of course had a day job. We spent money on what is called personal usage. We were told by our upline (the people who bring you into the business) that personal usage was required. So every month we bought soap, laundry detergent and so on. We were also told that buying tapes and books was also required for personal training, and were told to encourage the people that we were bringing in to do the same. We also spent money on meetings and conventions that were usually hosted in other states. This meant that money would have to be spent on traveling, hotel stays and food while away from home. This can get to be quite expensive. Remember, we were trying to make some money. Add to that the cost of clothing. In a business like banned you have to dress to impress. You are setting an impression for the business and for yourself.

There were catalogs to buy also. I watched the binder with our monthly orders get as thick as a man’s arm. And was shocked and appalled at the so called bv checks that we were sent. I forget what the bv stands for, but believe you me, the checks did not reflect the hard work and all of the money we were putting forth. I have heard that after getting a lot of complaints and losing a lot of people, that banned has changed their pay scale, but I nor my husband would ever sell banned again. We were sorry to loose the friendship of some really nice people, but as I have said the compensation was not worth staying around.

A lot of MLM companies seem to be set up where the people at the top are the ones who make the money. Lots of times it’s the people at the top who have the money to play the game. Meaning they have the resources to buy the products at a lower price, which gives them the better buying power. A lot of hard work with little return, is just not smart!

Just what does it mean to be lactose intolerant? Lactose is a specific kind of sugar found in milk. The human intestines contain an enzyme known as lactase, which is responsible for breaking down the lactose that we ingest. When a person is lactose intolerant, their body simply does not produce enough lactase to properly breakdown all the lactose that they ingest. When this sugar is not broken down, it ferments in the gut and can produce annoying symptoms such as gas, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and other stomach discomforts. <\'http:www.lactoseproducts\'>lactose intolerance is more common than many people may believe, and while there is no cure, can be easily managed by simply watching what foods are ingested and choosing <\'http:www.lactoseproductswhat-is-lactose-intolerance\'>lactose free products when available.
